D’Anne Hilsmier

D’Anne Hilsmier began working with Gary Hammond in 2000.  Her knowledge in the multi-family housing industry was well-timed as the company was just beginning steps to become apartment developers in the City of Atlanta.  Her role began as the Office Manager but quickly changed to real estate develop analysis, asset management, and LIHTC Application Management.

Since this time, the company has grown and she works exclusively with Landbridge Development, LLC.  She is responsible for managing all applications from inception to completion to achieve the funding for their development projects.  Her application experience includes the following: Georgia Department of Community Affairs (LIHTC), North Carolina Housing & Finance Agency (LIHTC), Tennessee Housing Development Authority (LIHTC), Virginia Housing Development Agency (LIHTC), HOME, USDA 538, and FHLB (AHP Grants).  Since joining the company in 2000, the company has been awarded 22+ Low Income Housing Tax Credit Allocations in conjunction with many different layers of funding and has developed more than 2,530 units of housing throughout the Southeast.

D’Anne graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Computer Science.  She has her Georgia Real Estate Salesperson’s License, and the HCCP Designation from the National Association of Home Builders.
