Waynesborough AcademyII is located in the Historic District of Waynesboro, Burke County, Georgia.  The property began construction September 2019 and will be completed by August 2020.  This community will be comprised of 43 senior (55+ and older) garden style apartment homes in the renovation of an historic schoolhouse. The apartments will feature well-appointed, one and two-bedroom floor plans, with energy efficient systems. The community will be certified under the EarthCraft Multifamily designation upon completion.
